At Cursive and Prints, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and what you can expect when you order from us.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship all orders via Canada Post, which includes tracking for your convenience. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed, but we will notify you if this occurs.

Delivery Times

  • Within Canada: 2-3 business days

  • To the U.S.: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through Canada Post.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cursive and Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with a new effective date.

Return Policy

If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. We take quality seriously and will thoroughly investigate any quality-related concerns to find a suitable solution.

If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will gladly provide a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. To assist in the investigation, we may request photos or additional information regarding the quality issue.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve any quality-related matters.

Refund

We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your order.  If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.
